Tandoori Dishes
The tandoor is the traditional charcoal-burning cylindrical clay oven from the Punjab region which is used in South Asian kitchens to maintain a constant high cooking temperature. Our tandoori dishes are marinated for 24 hours, before being grilled in the tandoor and served with a green salad and mint sauce.
