Tandoori Sizzling Specialities

The most famous of Indian dishes. The tandoor is the traditional charcoal-burning cylindrical clay oven from the Punjab region which is used to maintain a constant high cooking temperature. Our tandoori dishes are marinated for 24 hours, before being grilled in the tandoor and served with a green side-salad and mint sauce.

Tandoori Chicken The traditional dish from the Punjab, dating back to the times of the Mughal Empire. Two tender pieces of spring chicken, sliced marinated in yoghurt and seasoned with Indian spices, grilled in the tandoor.	£6.30
Chicken Tikka Tender boneless pieces of chicken marinated in natural yoghurt, subtly seasoned with Indian spices and then grilled on a skewer in the tandoor.	£6.30
